Partnering with SCLL for Softball in 2023
For the 2023 softball season we are partnering with Seattle Central Little League for softball ages 9 and up. This gives us opportunities to play other teams in the city. For 8 and Under we will be forming all girl teams that will play a combination of coach pitch softball and Pinto baseball as they learn the basic skills. We will have older softball players volunteer coach the younger girls at some practices to share their passion for the game.
If you have a question about what Division your player is eligible for, please check age determination information for Baseball or Softball. If you would like to inquire about the potential for your child to play in a different Division or have other questions, please contact the appropriate Division Commissioner.
Medical info, Liability, and Lystedt concussion awareness plus Sudden Cardiac Arrest release forms will be collected online during registration.
Please have the following ready when you register:
- your child's shirt size for uniforms
With online registration you will be asked to pay by credit card to complete your registration. Should you require financial assistance, please email the league President (president@spbpony.org) for more information.

Age Eligibility Information
Effective in 2009, National PONY Baseball adopted a rule allowing local PONY organizations to decide whether to permit players to "play up" under a new "And Under" age system. Based on this new rule, the Board of Directors of Seattle PONY Baseball has adopted a modified "And Under" policy for determining age eligibility for specific divisions. Please contact the appropriate Division Commissioner if requesting for a player to "play up."
For information about age eligibility dates, please see the Softball and Baseball Overviews.
